remember

  • you can walk
  • you can run
  • you can ride your bike
  • you can buy groceries
  • you are a healthy able-bodied white female
  • your country doesn’t take (too much) advantage of you
  • you live in a house
  • with electricity
  • and running water
  • you can find a way to go to school
  • and you can be whatever you want to be
  • you are learning how to be happy
  • and appreciate the small things
  • you have a job
  • and people to support you when things are tough
  • and you are alive
